Hidden lakes ass
I have already seen a rise in volunteers and willingness to help where needed. The Homeowner's Association sponsors several community events throughout the year. It is hoped this information will aid our members in proper usage of our resources and curb misuse or abuse of water in our association. There are old work shanties and railroad tracks from the brick factory still on the bottom. The annual meeting this year went very well, and the proposed budget was approved totals- 46 approve, 5 oppose. The warmer weather and sunshine certainly helps!

The Staff may delay the launch or sale of a boat so we encourage you to contact us prior to a planned purchase or sale. In addition to the items above, our little free library is almost complete, new signs for the park and lakes areas are in process for being installed and we are on our way to a swimmable beach area for the summer! Hopefully after this year the focus can be on upkeep and the continued care for the area like we have seen this year. See anything that your neighbors should be aware of? They remember us, our neighborhood and our people and that speaks volumes to our community!
Reflections at Hidden Lake
We did not begin paying for their services until May 1st, so please know that so far they have been extremely accommodating and flexible to our needs. Rest assured, this will not impact the ability to use the park. The rock was used to build the Salem Street Railway. I was elected in for another 3 year term and this will be reflected in the meeting minutes. Hidden Lake Association Hidden Lake Association offers many recreational opportunities and most importantly a place that offers rest and relaxation among friends. Hidden Lake residents have the pleasure of enjoying our private pool and wash house that overlooks the lake. I have not had a chance to review them this week, but once I can, I will email out the statement as well as have it posted to the website.

The past few weeks have been busy as we are ending the school year and preparing for summer but also planning out the timeline for our park and improvements. Right now we have 13 kids signed up. The live traps should be in by the weekend. Gate entry access is controled by FOBs.
